“I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. ”

“We just stayed for 4 nights and I would NOT recommend this place!! The floors were dirty when we got there, the refrigerator kept shutting off and getting warm so we couldn’t use it which meant we couldn’t keep food there to eat or cook, it kept beeping so we had to unplug it at night because it kept waking us up. There is also a cockroach problem, we saw many. Parking was also very difficult, the spots out front were frequently taken and we weren’t comfortable leaving our rental vehicle around...

“Worse experience ever! Me and my husband travel a lot, we’ve been in different places around the world and never be treated like this. Diane is a terrible host who offers the house as a hotel which clearly it is not. We had to leave and pay another hotel the third day of our staying. She has false advertising in Expedia and Airbnb, which actually is illegal. We expected to much for what it was. "El hotel tiene una magnifica ubicacion. No me gusto el hotel fee, fue una sorpresa, te dan $ 15 usd x dia en la tienda pero no se acumulan, y pedimos el ultimo dia nos guardaran las maletas unas horas y nos cobraron, despues de haber pagado el hotel y el fee, se me hizo un exceso."
