“Location was great. The apartment was small but ok for one person. The shower was small as was the bathroom. The kitchen was hood with an efficient gas stove. For me it was good spot.”

“Perfect location to enjoy Horsetooth Reservoir and have some fun at night with live music next door at the Tavern. Very friendly atmosphere. Jetted tub was nice. There was a picture of a BBQ, so I brought steak & hamburgers to grill for 2 nights of dinner...... NO PROPANE. Wish I would of know that major detail when planning meals.Had to use the oven using a pizza pan for the steak. LOL. Still was a great time. Thanks!”

“Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and museums in Old Town Fort Collins.Great attention to essentials like darkening shades, quality bed and linens as well as details like a garbage and recycling bins and lots of places to plug in one's devices and a tiny box of locally made truffles.Welcoming suggestions about how to get the most out of one's stay.Wish we could have stayed longer”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”
