“Loved this cute little condo! Great views and property had everything we needed! Close to the pool, however we were too busy to use it. There are a few steps going to condo, so if you dont do steps well they have other properties. ”

“Our family loved our Creekside Condo. It was located right on the river and we enjoyed reading a book on the deck while listening to the river and we also had fun fishing in the river (I think the fish were all hiding since no bites). We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you for our relaxing family trip and home away from home.”

“We were there to watch our granddaughter compete in a horse jumping competition at the fair grounds so the location was great for that. There really isn't much of a view and it's a busy area. The sugar canister with the coffee station was filled with salt. yuk!! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It could use some lamps in the living area. The light over the kitchen sink didn't work. Over all it's a nice place but we prefer something with a mountain view.”

“Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly,...

“We enjoyed our stay at this property especially the beautiful views in several directions. The four bedrooms & bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for our party of nine. Everyone found the beds very comfortable. Parking for our three vehicles was convenient to the front door & the unit was just a short drive to the Beaver Meadow park entrance. Lastly great communication with the property manager. ”

“We stayed at the Loft July 5-10 and it was fabulous as usual! Now that our kids are grown, my husband and I find these condos to be the perfect place to stay for us in Estes! Clean, easy communication with Lucky, no problems at all! Thank you!! We will be back again, hopefully soon!”

“Great location...just a couple minutes from downtown Estes one way and the entrance to RMNP the other way. Check-in process was very easy. King size bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Nice bathroom with huge whirpool tub and double-sink vanity made getting ready for the day for 2 people effortless. Ceiling fans in living room & bedroom worked well. We didn't have time to use the hot tub. Lots of spices, coffee for the 12-cup pot, range top, microwave and dorm-size frig were a plus....
