“House was as expected - spacious and comfortable. The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, coffee cups and silverware; we had everything we needed to be sufficient in our stay. The neighborhood is nice and established. Host was responsive and nice. We were in town for a funeral so we needed a place to recoup and also bring our dogs (who are our babies!) because our typical dog sitter had to attend the funeral as well. Highly recommend this home. ”

“Super disappointed in this rental. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were no linens in any of the bathrooms. They were all shoved in the dryer when we arrived. The house was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The blankets on the beds had not been washed. The house clearly had not had a good cleaning in a while. We had 12 people staying there and we were all on top of each other. Not spacious for big groups. definitely would not stay here again”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...
