“The setup was ideal for us, Tim was always just a text away and really proactive in response to questions and providing insightful info. The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!”

“Just needed a crash pad for one night in Memphis. Wanted to be close to Overton Square and Cooper/Young area. Tiny/trendy fit the bill. Not roomy, but comfortable bed and clean shower. Neighborhood was a little sketch, but reserved parking spot in fenced in backyard helped alleviate my worries. Highly recommend ”

“This was the dirtiest property I have stayed at in a long, long time. The common areas were disgusting. The room was a little cleaner, but not by much. There was one towel in the room, and no more were available at the front. I truly do not understand how the reviews for this place were so good. Do yourself a favor, spend 40 more dollars, and stay somewhere else. Very misleading pictures and reviews.”

“The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property...

“Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch. ”
