“The owner said he had just bought the place 8 months ago, it was certainly under renovations and a bit rough around the edges. The owner was very helpful and really wanted to do a good job, asking if we wanted to see the room first and even showing us a second room. They were certainly not anything special but for a nights rest it was fine for $95.00, should have probably been $50.00 but it is what it is. They didn't have any coffee or any amenities to say but he gave us a few bottles of water.”

“The property really is on a working farm. Upon first arrival we were greeted by a flock of ducks. The farm dogs treated us the second day when we returned from dinner.
