“A wonderful gem of a spot. This is probably the best value I have ever gotten in my vacation rental history. The location was perfect, right near all the things we wanted to do. The property was very clean and quiet. We loved the reclining chairs in the living room and found ourselves watching the tides from then on more than one occasion. I would recommend this place to anyone and consider coming back myself the next time we’re in Lincoln City.”

“Excellent location and lovely condo! The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was lovely. The communication with the owner was excellent; we had a small problem with the WiFi when we first arrived and it was quickly resolved. It was a special bonus to have an assigned parking spot nearby. We did a tour of the sand dunes which was fun and a good value. There were several wonderful restaurants very nearby that we enjoyed. The only less than desirable note was being on the ground floor. We often would use the hot tub but other guest's used the back common area as a walk through, so we were often met with people coming by. Unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a smaller party. Comfortable beds and great ambience from easy-on gas fireplace. Would definitely stay again if in area.”
