“My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. “Very tastefully decorated and trendy property. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were top notch. Amenities were excellent.”

“Buena ubicación y zona segura, la comunicación es malísima, no dan la información necesaria para ingresar a la propiedad y se necesita buscar el teléfono y llamar para recibir ayuda, no dan la contraseña del wifi hasta que la solicitas y te mandan un correo tiempo después. Salieron insectos en la regadera lo cual fue muy incómodo.”

“Servicio bastante rapido, adecuado”

“This hotel is located in an area that is currently undergoing a revitalization. There is a very large park across the street. The room was clean and newly remodeled but small details like an old shower curtain and lack of clothes hangers and a chair were simple fixes that could really improve the rooms.”

“This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this.”

“Todo excelente”

“Very well-maintained cozy-hotel, quiet, private with friendly staff ready for assisting with your requests”
