After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. “First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID...

“Had a wonderful stay; loved that it was within walking distance to great places to eat and also the beach.Everything was clean and cozy. I highly recommend it if you would like to check out Newport and the surrounding towns.Owners were very responsive if needed. We loved our trip!”
