“We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.”

“This is an oasis at the edge of a city. With a lily pond and beautiful grounds. If you want to feel like you’re in a home and not a tiny condo this is your place. It’s very unique on the outside with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Washer and dryer iron board really everything you need. I wanted to South Congress and went shopping. Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. “This was a fabulous location on the East side which is fast becoming a very active spot for young folks. I was visiting a relative who lived an 8 min walk away so great location. Walkable to bars, coffee shops, food trucks, BBQ places. The vrbo was a one bedroom with a small living room and a spacious kitchen with washer/drier. “Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy.
