“Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. “This was a beautiful property! Communication with the property manager was convenient, apartment was clean with a range of amenities and the safety was top tier. The location its self was driving distance to near by things to do and plenty of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Austin. ”
