“great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay.”

“It was a great first camping trip for the kids. The safari tent was well-heated, included all items we needed and had the perfect decor to make our stay welcoming. Some drawbacks were the mattress (needs a new, updated mattress so you don't roll into the middle), the close proximity to the interstate (the traffic noise at night was loud for us) and the EMF towers that were at the entrance of the campsite. “Stayed here for the week with my family to go to the ark and creation museum. Plenty of beds and space for the kids and very close to the ark. Quiet neighborhood!!”

“I had read previous reviews and thought this would be a good place to stay for visiting The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. We were disappointed that several light bulbs were out and we didn’t have adequate lighting. The batteries in 2 out 3 of the remote controls did not work. The bathroom did have plenty of bath towels but only one hand towel and one hand towel in the kitchen for 4 days was not adequate. Every place you stay has‘leftovers’ in the kitchen and sometimes these are...
