“The location was great, and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel’s email and advertisement stated that a restaurant and room service were available for ordering food. One evening, we tried to eat at the restaurant but were told that it was unavailable because they were busy catering for a large group. We also tried to order room service, but were told that they were too busy to take our order. Thankfully, there were plenty of...

“No SPA was available as was advertised.”

“Bonito hotel”

“Staff on front desk & restaurant were lovely; neither tv in our room worked & when asked housekeeping if anyone could help she got another 2 of her team to come check then neither of them could help us”

“It was too busy on our last morning as we could not have breakfast for the que wait time sadly”

“Nice building but staff are matter of fact! Parking is not good because it is used by the public too.”
