“The staff were great - friendly and welcoming. The room was on the small side but we were only there for one night, and it was clean and comfortable (and the view of the hills was lovely). “The worst hotel & spa I have ever been to, would not even call this place a spa - my gym has better facilities. Spa in a pub (ridiculous as it sounds). People drinking alcohol in the spa (including in the steam room). Pitch black in the spa - accident waiting to happen. Rude staff. Too busy for the size of the hotel. Had a massage but couldn't relax because it was so loud & lairy in the spa. Room was tiny, narrow and twisted staircase which was a nightmare taking luggage up. Bathroom not cleaned...
