“On arrival they told me we couldn't dine there that night. I pointed out that I didn't travel hours to a remote hotel just to sleep there. I asked to see the manager and was about to demand a refund when they decided I could be squeezed in. This was at 3 PM not last minute (dinner was set for 7.30 pm), The receptionist was initially unhelpful and initially said we could eat in the bar. She also claimed the menu was the same (it was not). A terrible first impression and I was tempted to just...

“Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. “Personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. El hotel limpio, pero lejos de todo.”

“Todo estuvo muy bien!”

“Todo excelente, staff muy servicial”

We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

“Good sized clean room with bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area too. Excellent location for Luton airport, only about 7ish minutes drive. Off road parking was helpful too. Would highly recommend for an airport stopover.”

“Habitación pequeña pero limpia”

“Nice clean rooms, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.”
