“This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki.”

“Communication with staff was incredibly convenient. There is a shuttle from Hakuba and the driver greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, staff greeted me at the entrance and at check-in counter. Staff showed me to my room and my luggage was already there. Staff showed the different amenities within the room including the washer/dryer. The room was spacious and welcoming. The heated floors were always so nice after a long day after ski. The bathtub was truly amazing. I appreciated the facial care kits...

No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm. ”

“This hotel is in a great location. 5 minute walk to Goryu. The onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast was great, but I would rather eat dinner around the area. There are so many great options to eat out in the area”
