“春スキーで親子で利用しました。朝食も夕食もバイキングを付けて良かったです。 夕食にカニと甘エビが気に入って沢山いただきました．チェックアウト後の居場所も無料休憩室などあり大変助かりました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も親切で、ニューオータニのホスピタリティを満喫させていただきました。 次回は滞在日数長めでお世話になりたいです。”

“Es un lugar lindo para quedarse, el cuarto tiene calentador y aire acondicionado , los espacios son amplio y las áreas comunes siempre estan limpias. Esta en una zona céntrica a unas cuadras de las calle principal donde están los restaurantes y tiendas. El personal muy atento te hacen sentir libre de estar en todos los espacios.”

“The inn itself is great! Very clean, cozy, comfortable and well designed with many little details. Quite spacious rooms and the rest area. Some vending machines are present. Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store...

“房間很整潔，每位職員都很友善，提供很多資訊並且解答我們的疑難。 早餐的款式很多，每天都不一樣，另外滑雪晚了回酒店也會有晚飯可以買。 提供的配套也是非常方便，酒店外面便是滑雪場，酒店有提供一層專門擺放雪具的地方，你亦可以將用過的雪服，裝備，放在drying room，非常之便利及體貼的服務。 另外酒店有提供免費接駁車，只要預約定，時間預算起上來也很方便！ 如果你是為了滑雪而前來的話，會非常合適！”

“The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying here. While it is not the hotels responsibility, it made dining options very limited. The front desk staff was unfriendly, apart from the hosts wife who tired her best to arrange accommodation. ”

“No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating”
