“At time of booking we asked for room near elevator as one guest v elderly and disabled. No-one responded. I checked again upon actual check in and was assured we’d be in room closest to elevator. In actual fact we were 2nd last room furthest from elevator and 10-12 rooms in between us they could have offered. “Exceptional quality stay, very very clean, quiet, tasteful and comfortable. Only thing to note, is that the staff do not readily offer information e.g. simple reception info like where the wifi code is, what time the pool opens and closes, what time breakfast is/and where - or reminder of the exit code. No one serving at breakfast or letting you know you can order different eggs from then already laid out buffet. They were helpful and really nice when asked, but a bit of a chore when you go...

“Pensamos que por ser campo de golf y anunciarse como spa resort resultó ser un hotel muy sencillo casi el concepto de motel. Los cuartos sencillos sin aire acondicionado. Y nos tocó en el primer piso sin elevador. Nos dijeron que si tenía pero es un montacargas que hay que presionar todo el tiempo un botón para que funcione. Nunca había visto nada parecido en un hotel. ”
