“We had an excellent stay however the room was not as clean as we would expect. The toilet was very stained at the bottom and the furniture had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was lots of dust. ”

The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and great view, and a tasty breakfast was included the next day. We would highly recommend staying if you're in the area, the location is fantastic and though we were only there for a short visit we hope to come back some day to spend some more time exploring the area!”

“Booked a mid-week night away, our first stay here. Delighted with what we found: - good sized room (but would be good to have a socket or 2 by the bed). Clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff & owner. Good menu selection for our evening meal there. Right next to harbour and our room had sea views. Amazing breakfast - so much choice and loads. Even a residents car park. Would go back again.”

“Pros - wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, lovely sheets and soft fluffy towels. A lovely newly refurbished bathroom and lots of lovely hot water and nice toiletries. The food is superb, both dinner and breakfast, with lots of choice and cannot be faulted. Dogs allowed everywhere, which for us is a massive plus with 2 dogs. Opposite the Abbey so in a marvellous position for seeing the area by foot and parking is free as well Cons - chipped paintwork in room and bathroom, needed a re-paint...
