“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. “The Knoll house is a charming classic hotel in a perfect location to acces the beach or simply look out to see the Old Harry Rocks in the distance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended”

“The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable but there was a loud party and celebration going on late into the night The carpet was super dirty with numerous stains all over. The bathroom had a leak and the carpet around the bathroom was soaking wet. I messaged the host about the issue upon checking in and they responded acknowledging the issue - but the plumber never came to fix the issue.”
