“This property was an 11/10 Very clean and well stocked. Ivona thought of everything. This from my Wife. The kitchen had everything, including a blender for our smoothies. Great BBQ, and an extra pull out bed. A playpen, passes to Banff andalso a Parking Pass (which now you pay for underground parking) She was very accommodating to our request and responded to email/text right away. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this was definitely at the top. ”

“The hotel is nice and the staff very helpful. But it has no elevator and the stairs are narrow. The room is spacious for two people but not for four. The extra beds is a coach. It is suitable for children. There is no closet, only a hanger less than one meter high. There is no place to hang long clothes. There are no curtains in one of the windows. My room faced East so the sun got into the room very early. The lamp switch of the lower room is on the upper floor. Again, staff friendly but they...
