“This is a lovely setting for a rustic home. But there is nothing rustic about the interior details the hostess provided. No detail was left out and everything was labeled and thought of. She is definitely a 5 star hostess. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice.”

“Loved this property and the location in Cortez while there for a family reunion.Only suggestions we had were:1) add anti-slip to bathtub floor2) clocks needed in living room and bedrooms”

“It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.”

“Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.”

“This was our first time staying in a tiny house. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The view is incredible, we enjoyed watching the sunset and rise. The owner was very accommodating as well.”

“Everything was as expected; my only comment is - believe it or not: the soap! The soap dispenser on the MB bathroom sink did not work; the soap bottle in the shower was not very inviting to say the least. It had been in use for a long time, there was not much left in it and I could not bring myself to use it ...”

“We loved this place so much we just want to keep it for ourselves. At least as advertised if not better. Tyler and Mackenzie were fantastic hosts. Super attentive, available, and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Such a lovely property outside town. Great for star gazing and hiking. Kitchen is nicely set up for cooking. The loft is perfect for elementary-aged kiddos. Host was very responsive to questions. Would gladly stay here again next time we come to the four corners area. Thank you!!”

“very nice and peaceful...hosts were GREAT!”

“Great location. We enjoyed the fish pond, saying hello to the horses and ducks and barbeques on the back deck.”

“Communication was stellar! Check in was easy. The house was super comfortable, well-stocked, and had a lovely view. The property was beautiful. It is pretty far from civilization, but that was a bonus for us. We had a relaxing day in between visits to archeological sites.”

“Beautiful views, accommodations above average in comfort and convenience. Host extremely responsive and thoughtful. The two hones are great for multi-generation gatherings. The only thing missing is a pool!”

“House was clean, well equipped and a great location!”

“Great spot for family stop. Beautiful location, fun extras.”

“Very cute house with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the main road into town. And it’s a nice morning walk for some great local coffee and fantastic pastries.”

“The Beautiful house with the Amazing Views!!”

“Very nice house, well equipped, and user friendly. Host know how guests needs.”
