The rooms were clean, but we needed more bedding -- not enough pillow cases and extra comforter in the closet looked like it had something spilled on it - large sticky spots. I know air conditioning may not be typical in Colorado, but it was acutally quite hot when we were there and air conditioning would have been appreciated. The box fans did help some. “This house was a great fit for our family. The kids loved the openness and the outdoor space. The only thing missing that I never located was a cutting board. The proximity to Purgatory ski resort was superior!”

“Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation.”
