“We enjoyed our stay , the room was nice clean and basic location brilliant onsite site parking, breakfast very nice one down fall we had a low floor room road side very noisy and other guests were very noise passing our room”

“El hotel está muy cómodo...un poquito retirado del centro pero puedes caminar y en 20 min estás en todo. Ya si quieres ir a la estación con maletas si es pedir taxi y en 5min te deja ahi. No es nada complicado. El desayuno esta variado y a buen precio.”

“Clean room friendly staff good parking”

“The breakfast at the Castle Hotel was the best breakfast ever - no kidding.”

“Enjoyed a quiet night above the pub. Food available in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff at check in and out. Plentiful parking available. Good location in South Wales.”

“Prima kamer, gerenoveerde badkamer, goed bed, goede verduisterende gordijnen. Heerlijk ontbijt!”

“The village was lovely with a petrol station and shop opposite that seemed to stock more items than Harrods. It was like an Aladdins Cave. And beautiful walks all around. Hotel was inexpensive but was as good as many I have stayed in at double the price I paid. Very professionally run, and I was impressed and will definitely stop there again.”

“El hotel hotel en general bastante bien, llegue ya de noche y aparqué el coche en una plazas que hay justo al lado del hotel. La habitación pequeña pero suficiente. El bar y comedor eran bastante bonitos. El desayuno bien, pero eche en falta una un poco interacción para entendernos (hablo muy poco inglés).”

“I was in the building adjacent to the pub and my room faced the fields - what a view! I had a double room and it was very clean and spacious, although a small bit of feedback, I think the carpets could do with a clean soon but everything else was great. The receptionist checking me in was so friendly. The breakfast was so tasty, the bacon and sausage were thick and chunky, really good quality. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly and I loved how everything was locally sourced...

“We returned for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. We had our two dogs with us who were treated as well as we were if not better! Breakfast had ample options and staff could not be more helpful. A relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back.”

“What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) Thank you both for making me feel so welcome and safe at your property - I will definitely be back :)”

“Very friendly staff. Had some issues communicating with the hotel via email and Expedia messages, but were able to quickly resolve issues by phone and in person. Beautiful old hotel with modern features in the heart of Aberdovey.”
