“The room walls were thin- can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Pool was always full; difficult at any time of day to get a spot and front desk was not very knowledgeable. Restaurant had decent food, rooms were very clean, coffee shop was great, and so was the location- close to everything!”

El desayuno es desastroso. Muy malo y demasiadas cosas dulces. Por eso el grado de obesos aumenta cada dia en USA”

“Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach.”

“The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.”

“The hotel is well maintained and overall a very nice property. However, there were several issues during my stay that impacted the experience. There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being...

“Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable visit to Charleston.”
