“Not what I was expecting for downtown Charleston, but it didn't have a great rating to begin with so I shouldn't have been surprised. The furniture was worn and stained. The coffee area could only serve one person at a time, comfortably. The Staff was very nice but not very well schooled on customer service. I don't think a receptionist should stop in the middle of checking me in to answer the phone, except to maybe say "please hold". She then proceeded to give directions to someone while I'm...

“Don't think twice about booking! The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It is in a great location, lots of food choices nearby, and about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Loved the amenities to include the use of their bikes. I would not hesitate to book again.”

“Beautiful hotel, amazing roof top with view of the city. Staff is a bit pretentious and the bartender took a while to warm up to being pleasant. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. We stayed here to see a concert in Charleston. I would stay here again and hopefully staff has turned over and more pleasant people are hired who enjoy speaking with their guests. ”
