“If I could give this little slice of heaven a 10 out of 5 I would! Really enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The owner of the home to which it's attached is simply lovely and very helpful and accommodating. When traveling solo, I don't need much. But this truly exceeded my expectations as it has everything I might want in a very compact space. I will be back (and maybe even invite my spouse!). ”

“My stay was perfect. The instructions to get into the loft were clear, and all the amenities were easy to use. The apartment was clean, and Vince, the owner, was very responsive with instructions and help on how everything worked. You have access to all the amenities, including a reserved spot in the garage. Downtown Redmond is right there, very easy to walk to everything.”

“This Condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryerare a plus. We enjoyed having the patio .There is a beautiful QFC grocery store on the lot behind with "take out" if you choose. Also ,several restaurants wjthin walking distance.We look forward to using this property in the future.”

“The unit didn't have WiFi/internet despite the descrition saying it did. When asked, the property owner took more than a day to reply and couldn't give us a solution. We spent our whole stay without WiFi/internet, which was a major inconvenience as we were not able to do work.”

“As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.”

“We had such a nice experience staying at Allen's property! Everything was very comfortable and peaceful and so nice to have a view of the lake. Such a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach and charming downtown Kirkland. We had fun trying some of the great restaurants and walking along the waterfront. We definitely look forward to coming again! ”
