Apartamentos en Este de Piedmont

“The property was clean and had most anything you need. The only issues we had was at check in, we noticed no water was turned on in the house. Had to call the host and wait an hour and a half for the water to be turned on to be able to shower or use the restroom!! A little ridiculous the water wasn’t already on in the house before check in! The only other thing that we noticed is the big trench/dip to get to the area you have to park in the back yard. If you have a small car your bumper/frame...

“Wonderful stay!”

“Very clean and exactly as advertised with the online listing! Overall a great stay and a very easy to communicate property manager! ”

“I loved staying here! Adorable decor. Perfect for 1-2 people. Super light/airy vibe — nice, clean updated. It has everything you need for a home away from home while traveling. Great location, walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops and yoga studios. Darla was a helpful quick to respond host, and I look forward to booking again in the future!”

“The place was easy to find and was what you’d expect for a studio size apartment. It was also close proximity to downtown Raleigh, which was nice. My only issue was the lack of amenities. My partner and I each only had one bath towel and were unable to adjust the A/C. Other than that, the apartment did what we needed it to, however most of our time was spent out doing things in the city.”

“Clean and nicely decorated.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The studio was clean, comfortable, and in such a beautiful area. One of our favorite parts was taking walks around the neighborhood—it was so peaceful, safe, and scenic. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the full-sized, good quality shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. We also really enjoyed relaxing outside in the seating area. Parking could be a little limited at times, but we were always able to find a...

“Very clean and nice place. Enjoyed the access to the pool also.”

“Good property, only negative is a little far from interstate”

“We enjoyed our stay and the relaxation of the lake view. The unit was more of a studio than a one bedroom but it was comfortable and clean. A real plus would be if the host wanted to provide paddle boards or a boat to go out on the lake. I tried to walk around the lake, but there really isn't a trail For most of it”

“Compact rooms equipped with useful appliances inside.”

“The property was very cute and well-located in a super quiet, but convenient location, offering all the bare necessities for our stay. While the studio is great, I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were quite flat. Also, be prepared to bring extra towels; the host only provided one per person for our four-day stay. Overall, a nice spot for an excellent price if you come prepared!”
