“This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. “Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance.
