“House was nice, however it is not in a great neighborhood unless you don’t mind hearing interstate traffic and trains all night, and neighbors dogs barking constantly. The rest of the neighborhood is ran down”

“The house is okay. There were a few holes in the walls. States there is a pull out double couch bed and there is not. The manager responded quick and brought us a twin size mattress for the stay which was great. The floor looked clean but my baby’s legs were black from crawling on the floor. There are not many towels and wash clothes. Everything is locked. Beds were comfortable. House needs a new cleaning company and a lot of tlc. The house is in the perfect location for visiting SeaWorld or...

“Very clean and was as advertised. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Made our first B&B experience great!”

“This was a nightmare. Reportable concerns. Should not be an approved home. I will have specifics and I have so many photos. I would not recommend staying at this location.”

“This property is BEAUTIFUL. We are so happy with the whole experience! Eric was so kind and helpful. Everything was exceptional! We made some great new memories! Will definitely seek out this place every time we stay in San Antonio!”

“Needs more updates and cleaned up was like staying in a unfinished remodeled house”

“We had a great stay at this property. It was well stocked with the things we needed. Decor was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the host was great - very responsive and helpful, easy check in and check out. Would stay again!”

“The home itself was beautiful. It was nicely decorated and had everything needed. The beds were not comfortable. We were concerned about the neighborhood. House next door has bars in their windows as do others in the block. Host assured us it was safe but we saw no one out in their yards ir on porch’s ”

“Amazing location, adorable place and great host.”

“We had a great stay. The hostess were very quick to respond and helpful. We had two babies from 1-3 and they even had a toy room to keep the babies happy. Highly recommend”

“The property is going thru some repairs but needed some cleaning and touch ups ”

“Host is very argumentative and won’t resolve any issues you may have. I reached out to inform the host that the toilet was not working and that me or my guest couldn’t connect to WiFi only to get no resolution. I had to fix the toilet myself and we went without WiFi connection. The floors were still dirty in one of the bedrooms. They only provided towels not wash cloths so bring your own. When I reached out to the host and told them CLEARLY that I was having issues with the toilet and WiFi they...

“The host was very nice and made us feel at home. This was a staycation with my sister who was in only for the weekend and it was walking distance to the festival we were attending. We were even allowed to have extra family come by during the day to spend time with us.”
