“Good location, 1 block away from the subway You will need to pay a $45 usd “all access fee” for every night which supposedly includes the use of the hotel spaces, however the staff at the bar is rude and their service hours are limited. The rooms are really small, the closet is super tiny and you end up with a mess on the floor with all your stuff. “The room is big by New York standards but the hotel feels a bit old and outdated. Needs a face lift urgently. Rooms need better maintenance, specially the bathrooms. Hotel cleanliness has much to be improved upon. And service was bellow average.
