“Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. ”

“Good location, 1 block away from the subway You will need to pay a $45 usd “all access fee” for every night which supposedly includes the use of the hotel spaces, however the staff at the bar is rude and their service hours are limited. The rooms are really small, the closet is super tiny and you end up with a mess on the floor with all your stuff. The AC doesn’t work which sucks for New York weather…as it won’t cool off once if the temperature rises suddenly one day. I wouldn’t recommend...

“Great location: just a couple of blocks from Central Park and a metro station. Good building: elevators are fast, and it is a well-maintained building. Rooms: good size overall, beds and pillows are very good. Clean and well-kept. Basic stuff, but the fridge and the number of power outlets are a big plus.”
