“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. ”

“We booked September 1st to 30th. Host cancelled 1st, 2nd, and 3rd after we booked. Host refunded money, but not VRBO processing fees for her cancellation request! Check in time later than what was advertised. Apartment Not clean or modern! Furniture stained and dirty. Closet doors falling off. Shower hardware rusted and broken.
