It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years."
