“Buen servicio y atención, limpieza y cuidado muy bueno por parte del personal. Hubo un better de coronavirus por el cual nos realojaron en el hotel de enfrente llamando Rotana. Se encargaron de todo y en resto fue bueno.”

“El hotel es bastante bueno y el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; sin embargo, es importante que se revise el desagüe de las regaderas ya que el agua se sale. La familia ocupó 3 habitaciones y en todas pasó lo mismo; el agua se salía al bañarse. El personal reaccionó muy bien y mandó a revisar pero no lograron arreglarlo totalmente. Nos compensaron con un check out mas tarde y con desayunos gratis.”

“The day before our arrival we contacted the property to have details about how to get there and get the key. They gave us the indications. I specifically wrote that we will be coming late. However, when we arrived at the property we found out that it has been leased to somebody else! We were without accomodation at 22:00! They basically told us that we were on our own. They tried to give us some addresses but they were either far from town or bunk beds with strangers! This is not the first time...

“The hotel is very nice and clean. It´s located next to the mall and to the Central bus station. The staff was very friendly. The room was big and confortable. We enjoy the pool on the 31 st floor. ”
