“Perfect getaway for the visiting grandparents!!”

“Very nice, clean, modern and quaint little place. Great location. Great neighborhood to walk in and quiet. ONLY improvement I would recommend is a jacket hook near the shoe mat. Thank you for a very nice landing during our niece's wedding. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Worked very good for our needs. My only thing would be that it would be very good if it had any handicapped equipped things. I had not ask for that in my booking. So that is my error. But it was a nice house and very clean”

“Property was perfect for our needs. Extremely spacious. Even with only 1 bathroom, it was large enough for 2 of us to do makeup/hair at the same time. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy 30’ish minute drive into downtown Denver. Excellent communication and response time from host. Highly recommend.”

“Excelente alojamiento y atención por parte del propietario ”

“Overall l give this property a 9 out of 10. The host was exceptional! The rooms were very clean! Located by multiple shops and restaurants to eat. l would definitely recommend my friends and family.”

“Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater...

“Great stay. As advertised.”

“My family of 5 and 3 dogs stated at this home. There was plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 1 bath. My teenage youth really enjoyed the back yard and listening to music, sitting in the hot tub, and hammock. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the stay and wished we would have stayed in this home longer.”

“We were looking for an efficient, clean room close to everything. The place checked all boxes. The host was very friendly, accommodating and provided us with great tips. We had a wonderful time.”

“Nice property. Property was very clean but did have a weird smell. There is a diffuser in the house so they are aware of the smell. We were arriving late, but my sister-in-law lives in the neighborhood so we asked her to check and make sure code was working. It was not. We had my sister-in-law on the phone with the service (while we were on the plane) as we could not get ahold of the host. Luckily, by the time we got in at 1am, she had been on the phone with them and got the code working. Once...

“Awesome property and great location for my team for the work commute we had while there. Tons of restaurants near the location.”

“The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.”

“Could not figure out cable TV but all the TVs were smart TVs where you can log into your streaming devices. Everything was great! Had a few questions about the house throughout our week but the host replied very quickly!”

“Check in process was very smooth and upon arrival everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everybody was very happy with it. Highly recommend!”

“First of all our hostess, Cristina, was a sweetheart! The place was very easy to get to. and close to many shops. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.”

“Great space for large group”

“Very nice; very clean. Loved the labels on the cupboards.”
