“Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the geese, ducks (and saw a blue heron and fish as well), in the little water way to the lake. Clean house and owners were so responsive! Comfortable bed and the living room chairs were great! We give our highest possible rating. Loved it.”

“Nice quiet neighborhood! Lovely home, great patio to sit in evenings. I did have trouble getting into the maroon bed as I am short. Kitchen has everything you might need. Host was very responsive and made our stay stress free! If you’re going to a wedding at the mill this is the perfect place to stay.”

“The property was as advertised, the hosts were able to answer a question I had on the first day as I had issues getting into the property, this issue was my own the and hosts were able to help me understand where I messed up. I stayed here for my graduation and this property was located fairly close to blue arena, as well as many different good food areas. ”

“We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.”

“This house was local within an hour to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Walmart only 15 minutes away in Longmont CO. House was very easy to, neighbors had chickens the kids enjoyed checking on whenever we came back for the day. Beautiful sunsets, can see the mountains in the distance ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home. Very close to our women's conference we attened and some shopping, but also in a nice quiet area to wind down at the end of the day. Very clean and comfortable stay. ”

“The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.”

“I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling...

“This property by far was our best stay yet! We loved everything about our stay, the country living, farm animals, pond, pool, BBQ, patio and very roomy house with an open floor plan! The home was very clean and stocked with everything you need for a great stay! We will for sure stay again on our next visit. 5 stars to Hosts, well done!”
