“Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. I was disappointed with the view. The photo shows a house looking directly at the beach. That is not the house we stayed in. Ours was smaller and behind it. “We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described and the photos accurately depicted the home and rooms. Very family friendly. The location was great, only about 20 minutes from Seawall Blvd and easy access to the beach. In fact, beach access was almost perfect, very walkable but being able to drive on the beach made it super easy to take all of our stuff out there. Overall; our trip was 10/10 and the home was a big part of it!”

“Location was great, only complaint was the stove temperature was off took to long cooking anything in oven. Also some of the bed mattresses were very uncomfortable”

I had to message again about safety, like 2 large holes in the deck over the water. They patched the holes. Appreciated the effort, but it didn't fix the real problems. “This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised.”
