“We loved this house. The location was perfect. The only issue and this truly may have been stated in the description and I missed it, the third bedroom is downstairs away from the rest of the house. We had kids in there that were scared to sleep there the first night. It also would have been good to have a mirror that we could see our bodies. Some of us weren’t tall enough to see the only mirror in the bathroom.”

“The information on the property listing indicated that it was a 3.5 bath. We were only able to find 2.5 baths. HOA has restrictive hours on the pool usage.”

“Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. Had to stuff with tee shirt because of heat coming in. House felt unsteady, could feel it sway. There is no outdoor furniture on the upper deck.”

“The layout and room of home is great. Pretty view also. But it needs to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty on arrival. Tables were dirty and sticky. Floors dirty. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your pots and pans. But even with all of that we made do and had the best time. But the house does need some attention…”

“We hosted friends from AZ at the house, they had EVERYTHING you could imagine!!! House was clean and had stuff for cooking, all the amenities you could think of…just all around a great home and a perf spot!!!”

“The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings.
