Easy walking distance from Forsyth Park, coffee spots and restaurants, bus or walk to downtown historic district. Clean and well-maintained, responsive host, Perfect for our first time in Savannah, and would definitely stay here again. ”

It's in a great locatioin with beach access just a very short walk away and is also near to restaurants. It's also a very short drive to Savannah from there. Ted the property owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. The next time we visit Tybee Island, we will definitely book here again!”

The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

“The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. The pool out back is not open yet but looks wonderful. However, it is located immediately behind the property with access...
