“Die Unterkunft ist ungepflegt. Das Haus ansich ist in Ordnung und könnte schön sein. Es ist verschmutzt und scheinbar wird regelmäßig nicht ordentlich gereinigt mittlerweile ist es auch kaum noch sauber zu bekommen. Auch nach Nachfrage und erneutem Reinigen blieb es dreckig, den Herd habe ich dann selber geputzt danach war er sauber.Es fehlt an etlichen kleinen Reparaturen im Haus.In der Küche ist die Ausstattung sehr dürftig, ein Topf, eine Pfanne, zwei Tassen, kaputte Messer...kein einziges...

“The location and private car park was good especially as we were there for the University. Access to city centre and Bute park was great….But thats about it. The place could do with a touch of paint, and revamp, new carpet as numerous stain… mattress lopsided and not comfy. It needs TLC and bring it up to standard. The photos does not reflect its current state. Lots of spiders crawling around..😓. Also which freaked out my family ..”

“The neighbourhood was calm, and the host ensured we had paid parking, so we were not worried about where to park whenever we returned from our sightseeing visits. The house was clean, and we loved staying at the property”

“This was actually the most HORRIFIC experience I've ever had at a property rental. I would highly recommend you DO NOT book this property. Multiple reasons:-I clearly stated & registered my pet cat. Less than 24 hours prior to my check-in, when I was well on my way to the property, I received an email requesting 20 as a pet fee be sent to bank details. I emailed stating their policy clearly states all fees included, but they stated I would not be allowed to check in unless I sent a screenshot of...

“Photos were taken a while ago, looking quite shabby now, lots of rubbish piled up outside, bath enamel badly chipped, sofa bed was the only place to sit and not very comfortable (not enough seating for 6 people). Bedrooms look larger in the pictures, beds against the walls, hanging for clothes but no draws. TV is fine if you want to watch Netflix but no way of watching normal channels.”

“Avoid this property at all cost!!! Only up side is location, the property it's self is difficult to find then once in the "home" it is cramped and badly maintained. The garden is no better then a drug den! When mentioned was told its not part of listing yet not mentioned in listing and if thats the case, why not remove the key!! Bed where like concrete and did not sleep a wink! Overpriced to hell and not worth the money! Awful stay and would avoid at all cost!!”
