“The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...

“I am an FFA advisor from Indiana who brought a group of FFA members to enjoy the lake as their rewards trip. The home had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the dock and the beautiful sunsets. We cooked most of the week, but enjoyed a nice dinner at Boyette's (we highly recommend)!”

“I would book again. 4 of us stayed. Open living, dining, kitchen area was easily large enough for 6 to 8 people. Very comfortable and close enough to walk to the marina. We did a charter this time. I hope to take my boat back next time. The pier and dock would accommodate my 34 with room to spare. A very large fish cleaning table and an ice maker are 2 more great features.Great place to stay in Venice. Bring your bug spray if you go to Venice. Mosquitoes are big and plentiful.”
