Encantadora cabaña de madera en el estanque privado ubicado en Woods.

Mi encantadora cabaña de troncos se encuentra en 100 acres de tierra privada que linda con 2200 del bosque del estado de Nueva York. Tiene vistas a un pequeño estanque repleto de bajos. Le invitamos a pescar algunos y cocinarlos frescos en la parrilla de gas Weber. El porche delantero es cómodo con hermosas vistas del estanque, las colinas y el valle de abajo.

Es una acogedora cabaña con un altillo y cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño con ducha. El loft tiene una cama doble y el primer piso tiene un sofá cama doble.

El altillo se llega a través de una estrecha escalera de caracol de metal.

Traiga sus bicicletas en verano o sus esquís de fondo o raquetas de nieve en invierno o sus botas de senderismo durante todo el año, ya que el bosque está lleno de senderos acondicionados. O traiga sus libros y simplemente relájese y disfrute de su entorno.

Estamos a solo 12 minutos de Ellicottville, Nueva York, que es una pintoresca ciudad de esquí y resort. Puedes esquiar en invierno o jugar golf en verano. Hay restaurantes de clase mundial para restaurantes y tiendas maravillosas.

Beautiful cabin in the woods.

My wife and I stayed for a ski weekend. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. Property is in a beautiful, quiet location and has everything you need for your stay. The weather was very cold during our stay so the cabin was on the cool side but sleeping loft was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter Stay at the Cabin

We stayed here the weekend of Feb 21 to Feb 24 2025 for a winter weekend getaway and could not be happier with our stay. From the very beginning our host was gracious and answered all questions quickly and accurately. Check-in was a breeze. The property is beautiful and very private. The views are beautiful and I can imagine sitting on the porch by the pond with a campfire in the summer. We came right after a huge snowstorm, and the host coordinated with us as to our arrival time so that the driveway would be freshly plowed for our arrival. A four wheel drive vehicle would be a good idea in the winter, but probably not absolutely needed.It is a short drive to Ellicotville and Holiday Valley. There is a big state park minutes away on the same road, and we took a long snowshoe walk on a logging road that is used by snowmobilers. Our dog was up to his shoulders in snow at times because of how much snow there was, but he loved every minute of it.The cabin is cozy and comfortable, and has pretty much everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very soundly after our days of activity and the dark woodsy surroundings. We loved the winter stay, and I imagine a summer stay would be even more fun. Reading through the review book in the cabin, people have been coming here for years, and everyone seems to love it.I am not using the host's name because I don't know if we are supposed to, but I haven't met a friendlier, honest, and trustworthy host.

Quiet and cozy!

The cabin had everything you could need for a cozy and quiet stay in the woods in winter. The host was great and even helped us out when we ran into some car trouble. My dogs loved running around in the snow. I definitely want to vacation back for when I need some quiet time.

Beautiful cabin and weekend!

We have stayed at many rentals, and this is by far our favorite! We discovered it during Covid and we keep going back. It was so special and so comfortable and we find new things to do in every season. Bette is the kindest host ever and her helpers are excellent as well. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and she made sure we were safe and plowed out. She is always making improvements to this beautiful place and sometimes we even miss the days that WIFI was spotty lol. It is cabin perfection and we are forever grateful. Our son and wife came along who also spent their honeymoon here, and soon we will bring our first grandchild too.Thank you Bette! Thanks Willie for plowing us in and out too!

A very unique property

Close enough to Ellicottville, NY ( 15 mins) to drive in for lunch and at the same time - worlds away from civilization. This cabin is quiet and rustic, but has every needed amenity. The property is also located next to a large State Forrest with several trail heads just a few minutes drive away. This was my 5th stay at this property and I will be back in the very near future.

Amazing !

What a beautiful location, so nice and quiet, love to hear the owls in the mornings, plenty of fish in the pond ( didn't catch any ) would love to know what kind of bait others were using ? Can't wait to go back in the spring for another breathtaking adventure!

Cozy and private with a great view

The cabin is rustic and secluded. Yet, it offers the convenience and comfort of most amenities. My family (including our pup) enjoyed fishing in the pond, relaxing around the campfire, and hiking in the woods. The host was very responsive and helpful when contacted. We would love to stay here again.

Host was very responsive. Lives close by shows you the property at check in, is not nosey by any means. We had a wonderful stay, but

My wife and I stayed at the cabin in 2023. We are outdoors type of people so the cabin arrangements were as expected. The 1st time we advised the host, the smoke detecter and fire extinguisher were not functional. She thanked us for the notice. All good until 2024, and yet again they are not functioning. Being in a WOOD CABIN, this is a big neglect. Also the BBQ is 8 inches away from cabin side wall. The best upgrade the owner did was put in a good TV

Charming cabin on a beautiful property!

This cabin and pond were perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway for our family! The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We spent so much time on the front porch and fishing around the pond. Couldn’t believe how quiet it was! Loved finding all kinds of wildlife in the area. Good location to go hiking, shopping, or in our case, to Niagara Falls. Made use of the grill almost every day and enjoyed making some delicious meals. We didn’t have any issues, everything went so well. We can’t wait to go back! Will be recommending to our friends and family.

Peaceful serenity

If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet and just the sounds of nature then this is your place to visit. The charm and craftsmanship of this cabin is a must see. Great communication with the host and the cabin has everything you need. Highly recommend.
