I have never heard of anyone telling us that Colonia Chapalita was dangerous. And the fact that you never even showed up or had the courtesy to cancel your reservation speaks volumes as to the fact that you have never been to Chapalita or this property that is located in Chapalita. Hola, aunque no sabemos realmente quien seas, durante la FIL, estamos siempre con todas las habitaciones llenas, el Gerente al parecer espero la llegada de una persona que realizo reservacion a las 10:20 de la noche y espero literalmente toda la noche por la llegada. Lo sentimos que no hayas conseguido hospedaje para la Feria del Libro.

New beds, fastest wifi around the Expo center and YOU. How nice to have happy guests that will still visit from the U.S. and not be worried about the fake news about this marvellous country!

American Express did a study of hotels and restaurants about ten years ago about reviews. Good experiences were less reviewed that what was considered bad. Those guests told everyone.
