“Overall, our stay was wonderful. The host has the unit completely stocked with all essentials. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We had some minor issues that I communicated through the host in the app and he responded right away either by phone call or messaging me back immediately. We were extremely impressed with the location as not only are you across the street from public beach access but you are less than a block away from shops and dining. Overall, great experience. ”

“I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows. ”

“Drove down for the weekend and stayed at Fernando flats (flat 11). The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean. Room smelled great upon arrival. All the extras like bikes and beach towels were great. The mattress was firm and pillows fluffy. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The air conditioning kept the room ice cold! Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the shops/eateries. Loved the vintage vibe. Would stay again. *Just a note Flat 11 is upstairs with no elevator. Definitely not an...

“This is a wonderful resort style condominium complex that is super clean and has great amenities including a large pool area with loungers and tables and umbrellas, fitness room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam room and sauna! Also has great security and the location is ideal!! The unit was very cute, clean and had all that you needed for your stay. The hist was AMAZING and always returned your emails promptly!! Would definitely recommend!!”

“While in town for a wedding, we were able to enjoy the beach many times. A clean fully equipped apartment only 1 block from the ocean was a perfect location for our weekend stay. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit.”
