It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food.”

“The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere”

“The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake.”
