“Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels.”

“Booked 2 days before arrival. Never received entry code into condo instructions. Took over an hour to get in. Lock on sliding glass door broken. Condo building is pool side but not the condo which is on the back side of building Condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable.”

“Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions...

The villa was clean and had everything that you could want for a family vacation…from a fully outfitted kitchen, to two full bathrooms, an outdoor veranda and even a beach wagon and chairs. The property is within walking distance to the beach, a playground and two swimming pools and a 10 min drive to local grocery stores...
