Everything about the stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the accommodations were home like and comfy. Beach access was just across the street. Everything we needed was provided. My grandchildren enjoyed the boogie boards as sleds in the snow.

Deb was so kind and easy to work with and most accommodating to our family. House is WELL STOCKED with "all the little things" as well as very organized and lots of instructions to help assist with questions. GREAT back yard with nice fire pit....we enjoyed that very much!! Beds slept great....house was clean and well represented as you see online...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend this place and give it 5stars. Thank you Deb for allowing us to stay in your home for our Christmas vacation!!

This place was exceptional! The entire house was immaculate, and the owner was available at all times in case I needed anything.The owners provided everything we would need and then some. I've never rented a place anywhere where the owner supplied everything we would need. It was wonderful.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans.There are smart TVs in all of the bedrooms and we had no issues with the WiFi.The fire pit in the gated backyard was really nice. My little Yorkie was able to explore the yard without fear of her getting out. I could have sat there all night watching the fire. We didn't have any noise issues from the neighbors so it was really peaceful.I give this place the highest rating and more. Thanks, Deb! We will definitely come back!

The accommodations were so nice and comfortable for our 5 adults. Easily within walking distance to beach access. We visited during off season, so the beach wasn't crowded. House expectations were clear and easy to follow. Bonuses: plenty of room, beach accessories, and a wonderful firepit out back for fun. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect! Everything you need for a beach VACA was provided, from beach towels to chairs, shade structures etc. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook. Beds were comfy. The back yard was great for our pup. No mosquitoes! The beach was easy to access. The beach was lovely and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Rental. These owners have everything you need on site. Takes the stress away from hauling everything. Deb was very Responsive and the unit is well stocked down to the soap to shower !!! Location is great with beach entry across the street. Beaches are wide and can be biked or walked. Places to eat are only 2 miles away and biking the island from this unit is easy.Outstanding Owners that you can tell have taken the time to plan and stock the unit for guest needs. Thanks for a Great Week. We loved it and hope to return again. The AC worked great keeping the unit cool and the place is very clean.

The house was everything we thought it would be from the listing. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a great beach week with your family! All the beach equipment was perfect and was in great shape!We would definitely say there again!

We had a wonderful time!! Our family has been renting homes/condos at the coast for many many years. These hosts were, by far, the most accommodating that we have ever experienced. They thought of everything a family would need, from a plentiful supply of paper products to all towels and linens to hygiene items. Our puppies loved the fenced-in backyard where they could run around while we enjoyed the firepit.Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect house

This house is so ready for renting. The most well appointed kitchen in a rental I have ever seen. Also the beach towels, chairs and toys were great. No need to bring your own. It has hot water in the outside shower. Who does that? I gave it a 5 because the house and all the set up was perfect. One thing to note is it is very close to the beach but you have to cross a very busy road. With smaller grand children we had to be mindful of that. The backyard area is great with the gas fire pit.

Amazing place to stay!

We had the best week on Topsail Island!!! The house is perfect!! It was very neat and clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including all beach supplies! Beautiful deck and fire pit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! 1 minute walk to the beach!!! I look forward to going and staying there again. All communications with host were easy and friendly! Thank you for a great vacation!!!! 5 stars for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The place is so clean and everything shown in the pictures is exactly how everything looks. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Perfect Island Location!

Our family had a fantastic stay! This property was just a hop, skip and a jump across the street from the beach...excellent location! The backyard offers a great shady outdoor retreat when needed...loved the party lights and the coastal trees. The house was clean and open...loved the wall of sliding glass doors to the front deck as well as the extra sun room in the back for a little extra living space. The upstairs was the perfect private Master Bedroom location. Close to shops/pier/restaurants. Sugar Island bakery/bookstore...a highly recommended adventure in Surf City! 10/10!

Super Bowl Stay
