We had the most magical time! We needed to be close to family who have a home just a couple of blocks away- we were able to gather everyone for Thanksgiving at the beach! It was chilly, but waking up and looking out the deck to the ocean waves was amazing! There was enough room for us to spread out, watch movies, play games, and just have breakfast together! The house was very comfortable, clean, and everything we needed was right there! John was super responsive and kind, helpful and accommodating! We cannot wait to be back! Loved loved loved our stay. Thank you.

This home was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. They welcome your dogs and the location of this home was great to walk your dog and ride your bike or even run/walk for exercise. Its also not far from some of our favorite restaurants and the pier. There are 2 beach access very close. The view from the top deck is amazing. Sitting and having my morning coffee and watching the waves and an actual dolphin made my day. The house was so clean and a beautiful pool area. It was so spacious for all of us to hang together or find a quiet spot to chill. The host was so easy to communicate with and very quick to answer any questions you may have. We will definitely be visiting this property again

Fabulous Stay!

It was me and 10 other people (3 families total, and we were very comfortable, never feeling like we were on top of each other. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and the pool is a great bonus. The house is well loved and cared for, and John is a great and attentive host. I would absolutely stay here again.

1st stay in Topsail

Wonderful location. Close to beach access and activities/dining. Quiet beach, was never over crowded. Lovely pool that was big enough for everyone. The kids loved that each bedroom had its own tv. Great communication with the hosts and we loved that bath towels and sheets were provided. Definitely visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue!

Wow! Treat yourself to a great experience!

John Bailey is an outstanding host of a superb home! Location, clean, well appointed, spacious home! I can’t say enough!! Close to beach but if y’all feel like being lazy the pool is sizeable and a great quiet spot to hang out! Well priced and very well managed. Ample parking, close to amazing restaurants and attractions. Our family nearby visited almost daily and we got lots of “sugars” from the grandkids!

Home away from home but better!

Our stay was amazing! It felt like home with all the comforts of home at the beach. My 3 sons were comfortable in the home and spent a lot of time in the pool. A little chilly so early in the year. Boys are crazy! The house was beautiful clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The house is easy to get around with nice wide steps. My 70 year old mom had not issues navigating the home. Lots of out door space by the pool and on the decks. We were very close to the beach access and could watch the ocean from the deck.Close to food, shops and fun. I would recommend staying here! Bring your clothes get some groceries and relax! We will definitely be back when our boys schedules allow. Thank you to the Bailey family for having such a great place to stay.

Fantastic!

Beautiful, well-maintained and very clean (I’m picky) beach house with gorgeous ocean views a fabulous built-in pool and patio, and awesome (new) front and back decks! There is an abundance of fresh, colorful deck & patio furniture. My wife is still raving about the outdoor shower.The house is very spacious, perfect for 4 adult women to have their own private space. A short 2-min walk to the beach with reasonable number of steps over the dunes made these 60yo knees happy. And the beach wagon was a nice touch.Restaurants & shops are a quick (1 mi) car, bike or golf cart ride away.The host John was exceptionally communicative and very pleasant.We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Family Gathering

What a great house for our family of ten! The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us. And I was pleased that the four bedrooms for the adults all had ocean views and walk-out access to a deck or porch, while the kids bunk room did not (smart and safe). The pool is magical and super clean. We spent a lot of time just relaxing around the pool. My little grandkids loved watching the butterflies in the flowers around the pool’s landscaping. And the beach was simply gorgeous. Kudos to John for being very helpful when I needed him and for being a great communicator. The whole family commented on what a great place this is and all said that they would like to come back! We’ve stayed in several other houses up in North Topsail, but this Surf City house is closer to everything. Loved our stay!

Visiting A New Beach Town

The house was ideal for our visit to Surf City. It was clean, stocked with all we needed and close to the beach! You can see the ocean from the front of the house and the back of the house overlooks the pool and beautiful sunsets! The pool and deck chairs were wonderful and the swings in the front were perfect! The owner was prompt with all questions and communications. We would definitely love to visit again!

Perfect stay

Kitchen stocked well … crockpot & griddle (for those vacation pancakes). House is very clean. Vacuum cleaner is easy assessable to guest to clean up that extra sand. Not only can you see The ocean from the deck, you can hear it. Bikes available for riding into town. This was our 2nd stay at this property. Host responds immediately.
