Our family of four had a 10/10 experience staying at this property for a couple of nights. We left wishing our stay was a couple of weeks! Spacious and recently updated two bedroom layout. Plenty of spaces to kick back and relax inside. Two bathrooms with showers were clutch and felt luxurious. Plenty of countertop space and cabinets in the kitchen/bar with everything you need to prepare a meal or drink. Loved all the lighting with motion detection and of course the hooks! Patio, pool and ocean view were extremely nice and better than photos. Quiet but friendly neighborhood with super easy beach access. Close to nearby restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Kim was a phenomenal host! She was so responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean, and we thought it was thoughtful to have a gift bag left for us. All the details were thought of. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day, watching the sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves. Thank you, Kim, for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Our two-week stay at Saltwater Haven was absolutely perfect! The condo is beautifully updated, thoughtfully decorated, and truly feels like a coastal retreat. Being oceanfront made every day feel like a dream waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the views were unforgettable.The house had everything we needed (and more!) which made our stay effortless and so comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen to the cozy spaces to relax, it was clear that every detail was thought of.On top of that, the host was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host.We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Saltwater Haven!

Amazing Surf City condo

Perfect beach condo for our family of 4! Beautifully updated and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. It felt like a home away from home. Condo complex was safe and quiet. A quick walk to the beach and pool. The balcony was a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Very accommodating condo! We appreciated the time and effort put into this condo to make it a great place to stay for guests!

Saltwater Haven is a beautiful, well-updated and maintained Surf Condo unit. The owner has made excellent use of the space to maximize functionality. The number of hooks throughout the inside and outside deck made hanging and organizing our bags, wet towels, and swim suits a breeze. We felt all the comforts of home with beautiful matching dish ware, extra blankets, sharp kitchen knives, a variety of kitchen gadgets, and great coffee bar. Our host was very responsive to messages throughout the week, and the unit was top-notch clean when we arrived.

Perfect Location for Experiencing Surf City

Our first stay in Surf City and the property was well suited for time on the beach, pool, and to explore the island. The condo is far enough from the high traffic areas that noise was not an issue. The loft area suited our family of 4 well and there were plenty of clean and well stocked amenities that we weren't without for the 5 day stay. Thanks Kim, it was a fun trip!

Easter break

This place has everything!!!!! We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The place was spacious enough for myself, husband and three teens. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the well furnished balcony. It was so nice to be right on the beach. We could walk back to the house for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The pool was open and we did go in for a quick swim however the water was a little chilly for me. The host definitely paid attention to every detail when decorating and furnishing the home. The drawn curtains on the loft were perfect to give our teens some privacy. The bar/coffee area was such a nice touch with an extra mini fridge to keep bottles of water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an Easter dinner and more!!! The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to come back again next year!

I would stay again

Overall, very nice place and perfectly situated right on the beach. The complex was nice and quiet. The one negative I had was only 1 tv worked in the condo. But, I enjoyed being on the beach and didn't really need TV. I would stay at this property again.

This unit was so beautiful and updated nicely! Plenty of space and a wonderful view! Close to all the local shops and restaurants. I’ve stayed in a few different condos in topsail and this was my favorite yet! We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Saltwater Haven

Overall the trip was fantastic. Kim does an amazing job maintaining the condo and it felt much cleaner than a hotel. The location is great. Everything surf city has to offer was within a 10 minute car ride and the view of the ocean was surreal. We would recommend this spot to family and friends.

Superb accommodations

Amazing place from the actual condo to the view. Great location right on the ocean. Plenty of places to eat from Topsail Island to Wilmington. Being only 15 minutes from our sons family made it that much more special. Thank you Kim for letting us stay at your condo....hopefully we can do this again❤️
