The Space:

This spacious condo sleeps up to 8 guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

The primary suite features a king-size adjustable bed, private oceanfront deck access, and a spa-like en-suite with double sinks and walk-in shower.

The sunset balcony suite has a queen bed and access to a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom offers a full bed with a pull-out twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.

The living room also has a pull-up bed accommodation. 

Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the large oceanfront deck—ideal for morning coffee, sunbathing, or outdoor dining at the table for six. On the west side, a second private deck offers sunset views over the marina with cozy seating for four.

Beach Access & Parking:

Turtle Shores includes private beach access just steps away and a dedicated tandem 2-car carport. Entry is secure and simple with a private digital keypad. Please note: two flights of outdoor stairs are required to access the unit.

What We Provide:

Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, basic pantry staples (coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, sugar), and bar seating for casual meals.

Smart TVs in every bedroom, USB-C charging ports, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Workstation in the primary bedroom, with a docking station, monitor, keyboard, and mouse—ideal for remote work.

Beach gear: towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and toys—conveniently stored in a carport locker.

Yoga mats and picnic blankets for beachside stretching or relaxing on the sand.

In-unit washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided.
